Best Workout Clothes For Better Performance

One of the things that gets me excited for a workout is having a cute and comfortable outfit to wear. Being someone that does a wide range of activities from yoga to lifting to hiking the mountains, I know the value of comfort when it comes to enjoying my fit life style.

This may sound silly to some but if you know, you know that having the appropriate gear plays a huge role in the success of your work out.

Why I chose KINETIC

I felt compelled to try the Kinetic collection as my new goal has been to incorporate running in my every day lifestyle. I am wearing the Kinetic Impact sports bra and Kinetic Performance pocket legging. I’m not about to run miles and miles, but a little bit of running helps reduce risk of heart disease and that is my main reason WHY.

Review

  • Love that the straps of the sports bra can either be worn vertically or crisscrossed. Although I prefer vertically so the straps don’t ride up my neck.
  • The sports bra cup covers my entire boob! There’s nothing more annoying that a sports bra that does not fit right.
  • The band of the bra can be adjusted at the back like a regular bra. This is just amazing and I cannot believe more athleisure companies don’t do this!
  • The leggings hug you in, in all the right places. Usually leggings tend to cut into my waistline creating an illusion of back rolls – but not these leggings!
  • Legging pockets – need I say more? We love pockets! 
  • Minimal design and logo actually looks COOL!
  • And lastly, I did not need to adjust my bra or pull leggings up while running at any point!
